Details:

• The advertisement you see at the top of each of our pages rotates randomly every time a visitor navigates between pages, or refreshes their current page, so every visitor will most likely see every advertisement at least once during their visit.
• We limit the number of advertisement banners we carry to 20, guaranteeing each sponsor of our organization a minimum of 5 percent of our total instantaneous readership.
• By following the "View All Advertisements" link immediately underneath the advertising banner, sponsors can view the total number of clickthroughs they have received from our site any time they want.
• Our organization's membership is not large in internet terms, but consists of a very active and affluent customer base, concentrated in the NYS capital district. If you want to get visited by ballroom dancers in the Albany area, this is your ticket!

Requirements:

• An advertisement consists of a graphic banner, a URL (i.e. 'http://www.someplace.com'), and an accompanying alternate text.
• Banners must be .gif or .jpg files.
• Animated gif files are acceptable as banners, but to guarantee performance of our site for our visitors, total filesize may not exceed 50 KB.
• Banners may be up to 50 pixels high, and up to 500 pixels wide
• Advertisements must be accompanied by up to 100 characters of alternate text. Depending on the browser a visitor uses, this text will display as a pop up after the visitor's mouse comes to rest on the graphic banner for a second or so. If the visitor has graphics turned off in their browser, this text will still be displayed in the banner area of the page.
• Capital USA Dance has no graphic designers on staff, so sponsors must prepare their own graphic banners.
• Capital USA Dance strives to maintain a family friendly website, and therefore reserves the right to refuse advertising based on the content of the advertisement OR of the site it links to.
• Capital USA Dance makes no guarantee, explicit or implicit, for traffic generated by your advertisement. We can only guarantee its display to a minimum percentage of our readers.
