Capital USA Dance serves the Capital Region of New York State as the local chapter of USA Dance, the national governing body for ballroom dance and DanceSport.

Capital USA Dance's purpose is to encourage social and competitive couples' dancing, and provide access to resources for dancers to the community. We have a quarterly newsletter, we hold dances that are open to the public, and we sponsor workshops and field-trips for dancers.
